Our Team Culture

We are driven by passion, not consequence. Our organization strives to find volunteers to help us achieve our goals in an educational and supportive setting. In other words, SES is neither exclusive nor is it competitive. Rather it is an opportunity for our members to develop professionally. We feel this approach will help Spartan Enology Society remain focussed on its mission which is our highest priority.
